Please arrive at your booking time as specified in your confirmation email.  We have built in a time allowance for checking in, gearing up and a game briefing, so you don't need to arrive early to do these things.  But you also don't want to be late!  If you are late, your team may miss out on some game time.

There are numerous parking spaces on Urana Road near our venue, including several wheelchair accessible spaces, with safe street crossing provided by traffic lights. There is also an Albury City Council all-day car park on Griffith Road, just around the corner from us.  We are very close to one small and one medium-sized shopping centre with their own parking lots (including undercover spaces), which you may like to visit before or after your session with us.

We have lockers available on-site for you to store personal items during your session.

All of our experiences can be modified somewhat to accommodate special needs and requests.  Worried about strobe lighting or loud music? Just let us know and we can adjust.  Not keen on fake spiders or skeletons? Into the void with them!  Need a quiet space to gather your thoughts or calm the over-stimulated? We’ve got you covered.  Want to pop the question to your significant other?  We can weave it into your adventure.
