VR League Nights

Our VR leagues pit competitors against each other one night a week during each NSW school term (10 weeks on average). League sessions are 2 hours long and include 2 rounds of gameplay per person, with games selected from our revolving roster of action titles designed to test all facets of VR gaming. Play your games, watch your competitors' form, and spend some time with your mates or make new friends with similar interests!

End-of-season prizes will be awarded for top ranking players overall and for each game.

Juniors (10 to 15 years old) play on Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Seniors (16+ including adults) play on Fridays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Snacks available for purchase on-site or order in some takeaway food to enjoy at our tables.

Youths aged 10 to 15 can play in our Junior competition. Sessions are on Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Games have medium difficulty level and content is moderated to ensure suitability for a younger audience.

$250 per person per season.

Our Senior competition is for players aged 16 and over, including adults. Sessions are on Fridays from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Games are more difficult and content is more mature.

$300 per person per season.

LEAGUE Structure and Rules

Registration is on an individual basis - that is, all players play against all other players rather than being on teams.
Age restrictions for each league must be strictly adhered to.
League seasons align with the NSW school terms (4 seasons each year, each typically 10 weeks long).
Players compete on their assigned night each week.
Each league session is 2 hours long, which includes 2 x game rounds alternating with breaks to watch other players compete, plus briefings and review of results.
Scores for each game and player are collated over the season to determine top ranking players overall and for each game. Prizes will be awarded for these categories and for other categories at Worlds Beyond's discretion.
Players should register prior to each season commencing to ensure access to all sessions to maximise their season score.
Membership is capped at 24 players for each league.
For players joining mid-way through a season, the membership fee will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis related to the number of weeks remaining in the season.
Game selections are at the total discretion of Worlds Beyond. Games will be chosen to provide diversity of genre and game mechanics, and to ensure appropriateness for the different age groups.
Players must be able to play independently including following directions from Worlds Beyond staff, fitting their own headsets, reading in-game text, following in-game instructions, and using gaming controllers.
Toilets are available on site. Players must be independent in bathroom use.
